Ingredient: 100% Natural Calcium Bentonite (green) Clay.

How I use it:
1. Using a plastic spoon and bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of clay with 3 tablespoons of water. (Actually, the instruction says equal parts of clay and water but the consistency is too thick so if you want a smoother texture, add more water if necessary).
*You can also use apple cider vinegar instead of water
*Don't use metal utensils for it might have a chemical reaction with the clay.

2. Stir the mixture and add more water or clay to achieve your desired consistency.

3. Apply it onto the face and make sure to cover the whole face properly.
*You can also use it on your whole body

4. Let it dry up to 30 minutes and rinse with water.

I have tried so many lipstick before but I still go back to lip tint because it's cheaper and looks more natural than lipsticks. After not using lip tint for a year, I decided to buy one again few months ago and I bought this Tonymoly Tony Tint Delight in 02 red. I wanted to buy the 01 cherry pink but it was out of stock.

- The packaging is very chic and travel friendly.
- Long lasting. It lasts about 5-6 hours even after eating and drinking.
- Looks very natural if applied thinly.
- Cheap
-Smudge proof

Cons:
- It dries quickly so you have to spread it on the lips right after applying.
- Not advisable to use as a cheek tint because it dries quickly. It looks patchy on the cheeks.

Saging na saba (sweet plantain) diet

Saging na saba or sweet plantain diet is very popular among Filipino celebrities like Bea Alonzo, Roxanne Guinoo, and Solen Heussaff. This diet requires replacing white rice with saging na saba.  I started doing this diet last month, September and I decided to make a review about this diet so other Filipinos like me who want to lose weight without spending so much, will know how effective this diet is.

So every meal, instead of eating white rice, I replace it with saging na saba and I mostly eat vegetables and fish but I also eat meat once a week. I don't starve myself. I eat fruits every time I'm hungry. Sometimes, I drink a cold water first whenever I feel hungry because most of the time, I am just thirsty every time I feel hungry.
